In a latest development the application deadline for the second batch of the 2025 Teachers’ Recruitment Exercise is to give the applicants more time to complete or verify their submissions.
According to a statement issued by the Office of the Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, the new deadline is now midnight on Friday, November 28, 2025. The extension follows a brief downtime experienced during the migration of the application process from the Ministry’s recruitment portal to the newly introduced State Central Recruitment Portal.
The Recruitment Committee explained that all applicants who previously submitted their applications on the former portal have already been successfully migrated to the central platform. They have also been issued new login credentials, eliminating the need for reapplication.

The committee further urged all applicants to thoroughly verify the information provided in their applications before the portal closes, warning that any falsified details could lead to outright disqualification.
